I offer a warm, safe, and deeply compassionate space to gently make sense of life's difficulties together. By working collaboratively within a non-judgmental, containing relationship, I listen, observe, and support both individuals and families. No one should ever have to feel unsupported on their journey toward healing.
Based in Wadhurst, within easy reach of: Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Ticehurst, Goudhurst, Crowborough, Mayfield, Hawkhurst and Heathfield.
Sessions also available online for adults and young people.
